Delete your account and learning data
Open English News → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account, then confirm the permanent deletion. This removes the app account and associated learning data, subject to limited legal, security, transaction, and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Important: account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Manage or cancel an auto-renewable subscription from your Apple Account. For an eligible previous purchase, use Restore Purchases in English News.
Privacy requests
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data. Email [email protected] and include “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
Notifications, microphone, and speech recognition
Change notification, microphone, and speech-recognition permissions in iOS Settings. English News accesses the microphone only when you start a speaking exercise. Turning off a permission disables the related optional feature.
Report a technical problem
Email [email protected]. Include what you expected, what happened, the steps to reproduce it, your device model, iOS version, and app version. Never send a password, Apple verification code, authentication token, or sensitive AI-chat content.
